Walking Meditation – A good way to take in nature is by doing a walking meditation. Loni will lead you with a matra and overview of the paths that will be taken, then we will walk slowing, quietly and with intention. Set intentions of just clearing the mind and soul or on asking your angel guides for direction and answers as we hike calmly on the trails. Approx 30 minutes $10 per person Image: Tour 1

Earth Meditation & Blessing – We should bless and thank Mother Earth as much as we can, to give offerings back to her for all that she gives us; clean water, air, steady earth, food and comes from her, shelter that comes from her. Loni will lead the Gaia Blessing and short mediation. Approx 3o minutes $10 per person
