Walking Meditation – A good way to take in nature is by doing a walking meditation.  You will be lead with a mantra and overview of the paths that will be taken, then we will walk slowing, quietly and with intention. Set intentions of just clearing the mind and soul or on asking your angel guides for direction and answers as we hike calmly on the trails. We’ll work with the forest energy and dowse the trees and you.

Earth Meditation & Blessing – Blessing and thanking Mother Earth through meditation we give offerings back to her for all that she gives us; clean water, air, shelter, food, etc.  You will be lead with a Gaia Blessing and short mediation. 

Group Forest / Field Meditations – Join one of our group meditation events or lead your own.
