FREEDOM FIELD

FREEDOM FIELD

Freedom Field is 22 acres of pure magic!  We allow native wildflowers and grasses grow here so pollinators can play openly!  Sunsets on the Sunset Shelf are nothing but spectacular.  There is open primitive camping so set up your site anywhere, though there are a few set sites like Jungle Creek Campsite, Milkweed Campsite, Turtle Bay Campsite.  Freedom Field is a great place for ceremonies, star watching including CE5 protocols, frisbee and other games, wildlife watching and more.  You won’t be the same after visiting this space!

The west side of Milo Farm is the 22 acres of Freedom Field.  It is an energetic high of wild flower and wild grass expansiveness.  We allow the natural plants to thrive to feed the pollinators.  There are paths and campsites and meditation sites carved into the spaces.  There are some tree islands, and two creeks: Freedom creek and Jungle Creek.  Our stargazing events are held in the Big Sky Plot of Freedom Field.  One sacred amazing campsite on the Milo land is the Jungle Creek campsite. The Osage Indians called portions of Jungle Creek home. The extraordinary elderberry patch on the southwest border of the Big Sky plot is a delight to see.  This place is like no other.
